Costa Rica Mission Trip - Trip Details
We are excited to work with Rice and Beans Ministry (RABMIN) in the San Jose area of Costa Rica to offer this Women's mission trip experience. Jan Bilthouse will lead this fun trip where you will have the opportunity to be part of a vital feeding program in the rural communities surrounding Costa Rica, where nearly 80% live in poverty. You will also have the opportunity to work with children in after school programs to bring "Vacation Bible School" and "Field Day" experiences to the schools that this ministry supports. There are many potential activities from painting and light construction to working on the small farm which produces approximately 2000 lbs of fresh produce per week to distribute to schools and neighbors. The trip is designed for 5 days of service at RABMIN + optional two day extension retreat
COST: $1200 (including airfare and room and board at RABMIN, excludes trip extension)
DATES: 4/16 - 4/23
